Any confusions in spread betting
Well, there are some financial spread bets that are confusing, but that’s another issue. Most bets like Tunnels are pretty straight forward so I hope that’s helpful. I’m not putting the questions up on the screen, no I can’t I wish I could but it doesn’t seem to be possible. Binary in financial spread betting versus the Tunnel what is the power of parity? Mark do you want to take that one or should I take it?
Mark: You can take that one in financial spread betting.
John: Parity is important because with a Tunnel when the market is at parity — parity means unchanged on the day, so if FTSE closed at 6,000 yesterday then if it’s trading at 6,000 today then there is zero change. It doesn’t need to be exact I think plus or minus 10 points, depends on the market what’s happening, it really depends on the Tunnel pricing in fact.
